Based Learning" methods - of how adults learn best. and how knowledge may be

- I love getting the information from you. I have a hard time ALWAYS getting
to read it b/c of all the other stuff that is required of my position, so
honestly, I just skip it a lot of the time b/c it is not urgent. I do
however think it is really beneficial when I do have time to read it.
- In today's business environment, listening and learning go hand in hand. You
cannot separate the two. I enjoy your articles, however, they need to take
people to the next level of learning and infuse more leadership into the
content. The "key" is "personal development," being a coach who helps
everyone over the obstacle wall. Results are what everyone tabulates...so
the message is how to improve performance, and enhance your career or life.

- I have taken your presentation skills training in the past, and find your
Zipline very useful. It helps reinforce the skills taught in your
program. Additionally, I pick-up new things that I apply in personal
development each time I read the Zipline. Thanks for the program, the effort
and dedication that goes into putting this together.
- Ty and his staff are the best in giving you the tools that are necessary to
do whatever when it comes to speaking or communicating with the
public, weather it's one or thousands. And the best tool they gave me was
the confidence that I could!
- Zipline has improved, but it's got some room for improvement. I found Ty
through Gitomer. Look at Gitomer's stuff: PACKED each week with useful info.
Rarely a dud week. Best thing is that he introduces me to other people (Ty,
Scott Love, etc.) Not all of them work for me, but there's always next week.
I look forward to Sales Caffeine every Tuesday. If I didn't get it one week,
I'd call. Zipline is informative, but there could be a lot more content. Try
to hit the 6 categories each week: exec learning, personal development,
presentation skills, public speaking, and leadership. Hit the presentation
skills hard, as that is your niche. I'm very GLAD that you asked my opinion
and I look forward to some strong improvements
- In my opinion, Ty has raised the bar in communication and leadership. His
talent and knowledge of the speaking industry far exceeds the average.
Following his career over the years, broadcasters, trainers, and speakers
are Proud of his accomplishments and he is the one that we would like to
emulate.

- I attended ESI several years ago. In fact, I think it has been around 10
years since I attended and to this day, the skills I learned are of great
benefit. I would recommend ESI to anyone who wishes to become a better
communicator, which naturally leads to being a better servant of peoples

- To be honest, I never read them. Too much e-mail, and too little time! So, I
really can't comment on their content. However, the course I took from your
organization was excellent, and has helped my public speaking tremendously.
I have also gone on to become the VP of a local Toastmasters club, and am
continuing to practice all the great skills you taught me!

- I feel that this was truly the best training that I ever had. I came away
from my sessions feeling so much better about myself. Not only was it a
presentation skills, public speaking class, but it was a self-esteem

and presentations, I use it as a raffle give-away and tell my participants

- I look forward to Ty's Zipline every month. Seems to take a long time to
come round. I like the way it's personalized - by that I mean Ty actually
uses my name in some of the statements he makes or questions he asks. I'd
like to see more story telling as an essential speaking/teaching technique.
The greatest public speaker of all time, Jesus, told the most timeless,
marvelous, stories in his speaking. No wonder even his enemies said of him
that 'no man has ever spoken like this before'. Anyone can learn from the

- Would like to see more personal improvement and leadership skills
- Your program has transformed many individuals within our organization,
specifically my department, into people more aware of the needs of others.
The effects truly are lasting for the majority of those have been blessed
with this experience. I have had the pleasure of being involved in several
of these 'transformations' from the perspective of videographer, and I too
reap the benefits of this training every minute of every day. Being just old
enough to recall how 'exceptional' customer service was once the standard,
