  1. Keep up the good work, and thanks for the newsletter.

  2. Thank you for Zipline!

  3. I really have not read a lot of the ziplines. No time at Pfizer. The ones I
have read are good! Hope you all are doing well!

  4.  Best wishes to all of you -Karin Donckers

  1. I ranked the Zipline layout fair because I receive it via email and it's
very difficult to read. I think there's a lot of potential in this
publication to provide snipits of information to lots of people.

  1. Hi Ty! -Chris Crouch

  1. The first issue of Zipline provided an excellent review for many of the
concepts I learned in the ESI class. Thanks!

  1. I enjoy the Zipline very much. More specifics on presentation skills are
    what I'm looking for. Thanks!

  1. I like the personalization of my name inserted..it's very engaging. However,
I often feel unfulfilled at the end of the article...like it stopped just
short of really delivering the punch!

  1. In all honesty, the zipline is one of many emails I receive that I have a
difficult time making the time to read.

  1. In the area of presentation skills, you may want to start including "Brain
Based Learning" methods - of how adults learn best. and how knowledge may be
    transferred effectively.

  1. I have never taken a better course than Ty-boyd. I love reading the
    zip-line. -John.

  1. Thanks for asking for feedback, yet another lesson in leadership! Hope all
    is well -Dewayne

  1. Ty Boyd has been a big influence on my current journey with the Art of
Business. My objective is to share business knowledge with others in a way
that they cannot ignore it. What I have learned from Ty plays a big part in
the results that I strive to achieve. -Gary Tomlinson Art of Business - Your
    Journey from Good to Great

  1. I think the Ty Boyd Zipline is superb and look forward to reading it. He is
a master presenter who I admire immensely.

  1.  Ty...Keep up the GREAT job you do. Have a GREAT Day and come back to Chapel
Hill when you get a chance. -Ace Robbins

  1. I love getting the information from you. I have a hard time ALWAYS getting
to read it b/c of all the other stuff that is required of my position, so
honestly, I just skip it a lot of the time b/c it is not urgent. I do
however think it is really beneficial when I do have time to read it.

  1. In today's business environment, listening and learning go hand in hand. You
cannot separate the two. I enjoy your articles, however, they need to take
people to the next level of learning and infuse more leadership into the
content. The "key" is "personal development," being a coach who helps
everyone over the obstacle wall. Results are what everyone tabulates...so
the message is how to improve performance, and enhance your career or life.

  1. Expand your objectives and find a larger audience.

  1. I have taken your presentation skills training in the past, and find your
Zipline very useful. It helps reinforce the skills taught in your
program. Additionally, I pick-up new things that I apply in personal
development each time I read the Zipline. Thanks for the program, the effort
and dedication that goes into putting this together.

  1. Ty and his staff are the best in giving you the tools that are necessary to
do whatever when it comes to speaking or communicating with the
public, weather it's one or thousands. And the best tool they gave me was
    the confidence that I could!

  1. Zipline has improved, but it's got some room for improvement. I found Ty
through Gitomer. Look at Gitomer's stuff: PACKED each week with useful info.
Rarely a dud week. Best thing is that he introduces me to other people (Ty,
Scott Love, etc.) Not all of them work for me, but there's always next week.
I look forward to Sales Caffeine every Tuesday. If I didn't get it one week,
I'd call. Zipline is informative, but there could be a lot more content. Try
to hit the 6 categories each week: exec learning, personal development,
presentation skills, public speaking, and leadership. Hit the presentation
skills hard, as that is your niche. I'm very GLAD that you asked my opinion
and I look forward to some strong improvements

  1. In my opinion, Ty has raised the bar in communication and leadership. His
talent and knowledge of the speaking industry far exceeds the average.
Following his career over the years, broadcasters, trainers, and speakers
are Proud of his accomplishments and he is the one that we would like to
    emulate.

  1. The way you do the training is excellent, but the time too short.

  1. Ty....you are one of the most dynamic and positive minded people I
know....keep up the great work as you are helping many more than you know
live better lives. All the best. -Dick Smith, Communivisions

  1. Ty's program is one that is so unique that it is hard to describe. The magic
of his system is that it allows ALL students to expand their horizon
REGARDLESS of skill level or station in life. In addition to all the "tools"
that we are offered, it is this special feature that honors each participant
with their own "eye of the needle" experience. A truly remarkable gift from
truly remarkable people! "People ask me why??...I tell 'em cause it's TY!"
    -J.D. Phillips, Wall Street Capitol

  1. I make a strong effort to practice the techniques and skills I learned at
the EIS Institute. The ZIPLINES help me to consider new tactics and
reinforce what I already practice. They help me keep my toolbox up-to-date
    and sharpened!

  1. I have enjoyed your newsletter and have printed it out to share with my
family. Thanks for the professional tips you pass on.

  1. In my 28 year career, I have not yet attended a seminar that has proven to
be as useful as the Excellence in Speaking seminar that I attended. I did
not leave feeling as though I had just wasted my time ~ the experience was
wonderful, fun and everlasting. Thank you  -Pam Kern, Westfield Group

  1. Ty is the consumate speaker, teacher, motivator and friend. I consider him
to be truly one of life's great treasures.

  1. Your newsletter is a great reminder that keeps me focused on my long term
goals. After attending ESI two years ago, my eyes were opened to new
possibilites as a public speaker. Thank you Ann!

  1. I have actually shared zipline with someone who works for a non-profit group
as an example of an effective newsletter. Most of the time I would like more
copy in the articles. I don't usually take the time to go to the links.
Thanks! Yours is one of the best courses I've ever taken. I use the skills
    often and people notice!

  1. Anything."com" is great. Thanks for the continued updates.

  1. Thanks so much for your continued support! Can't wait to take advanced ESI!!

  1. Keep up the good work.........

  1.  I like the length of the articles and the links to read further or get more
information. Also please keep the text version available; good ol' Wachovia
doesn't support html emails from the outside. Thanks for the tools! Love
    from Patty P.

  1. I appreciate receiving the Zipline and frequently send it to others in my
office. The content is entertaining and relevant.

  1. I attended ESI several years ago. In fact, I think it has been around 10
years since I attended and to this day, the skills I learned are of great
benefit. I would recommend ESI to anyone who wishes to become a better
communicator, which naturally leads to being a better servant of peoples
needs. And, after all, isn't that what God has called us to be? Thanks Ty!
    -Joseph Miller, Loewen Group/Carothers

  1. The email at our place of employment strips the pictures and ruins the
    formatting. The links work.

  1. Ty Boyd Executive Learning Systems is without peer in the business world.

  1. Excellent program and I hope to do it again

  1. Ty - you are the BEST! I'm humbled to think that you mentored me and
whenever I present, you are always there! Keep up the great work! Blessings,
    Bill

  1. To be honest, I never read them. Too much e-mail, and too little time! So, I
really can't comment on their content. However, the course I took from your
organization was excellent, and has helped my public speaking tremendously.
I have also gone on to become the VP of a local Toastmasters club, and am
continuing to practice all the great skills you taught me!

  1. Keep up the good work

  1. I publish my own ezine and understand what it takes to create a publication
of this quality. I strive to have my own ezine be as good as the Zipline.

  1. Thanks!

  1. The class was great. Thank you Ty & Pat. Ty, I would come to class just to
hear you speak. I love your voice and content of your message. Pat, I want
to hear about Elvis! God Bless -Betty Mikel

  1. I feel that this was truly the best training that I ever had. I came away
from my sessions feeling so much better about myself. Not only was it a
presentation skills, public speaking class, but it was a self-esteem
builder. I would recommend this to everyone. It was a tremendous experience.

  1. I have to admit that I think of ELS more of a means to public speaking
excellence rather than leadership development and am surprised to see the
latter on the list. Of course this piques my curiosity...

  1. I took the class ten years ago and it helped immensly. I did not realize
that I had put into practice many of the tips that I learned in the class
untill I took it again. The second class re-inforced and added to my
presentation skills. Thank you Anne & Ty. –MaryEllen, Goodwin Harper
    Corporation of America

  2. Ty, Your book, The Million Dollar Tool Box, is the best I've ever read on
making presentations. Thank you for writing it. In my seminars on meetings
and presentations, I use it as a raffle give-away and tell my participants
that they should all go out and buy it. Hope you and your family are doing
well. I miss Charlotte, but Atlanta is treating me very well Regards -Jeff
Peterson, President Business Performance Solutions, Inc

  1. Course was very affirming and personal. You learn a great deal from
    participants as well as instructors.

  1. I really enjoy receiving these via e-mail; keeps them from getting stacked
up on the corner of my desk and often provide a welcome diversion from the
typical job-related projects that have me brain-weary.

  1. It would be so great if you could figure out a way to have an executive
communication meeting at D&E Communications in Ephrata. A group of us
attended ESI over a few sessions, but our exec. vp's really could benefit
from your expertise. Perhaps a call to Judy Naylor might help. Good luck and
keep up the great works. Cheers! -Angie Anderson, D & E Communications

  1. I look forward to Ty's Zipline every month. Seems to take a long time to
come round. I like the way it's personalized - by that I mean Ty actually
uses my name in some of the statements he makes or questions he asks. I'd
like to see more story telling as an essential speaking/teaching technique.
The greatest public speaker of all time, Jesus, told the most timeless,
marvelous, stories in his speaking. No wonder even his enemies said of him
that 'no man has ever spoken like this before'. Anyone can learn from the
master. Keep up the good work, Ty. Regards -Paul Herring, PC- Herring Associates

  1. Would like to see more personal improvement and leadership skills

  1. Your program has transformed many individuals within our organization,
specifically my department, into people more aware of the needs of others.
The effects truly are lasting for the majority of those have been blessed
with this experience. I have had the pleasure of being involved in several
of these 'transformations' from the perspective of videographer, and I too
reap the benefits of this training every minute of every day. Being just old
enough to recall how 'exceptional' customer service was once the standard,
and is now the 'exception', I value the methods and experiences shared by
the instructors as well as participants, more than you could ever know. I
now, more than ever, strive to be the person whose services shine, and are
remembered by the customer. My increased understanding of the various
'types' of people permits me the ability to satisfy them in an outstanding
way, and more easily than ever. God Bless you, your organization and
instructors, and your attendees! Sincerely -Andy Platz, Westfield Group

  1. The link on your site on Maximizing Performance (free page) does not work.
    Thank you!

  1.  Keep up the good work!!!

  1. I find the Zipline’s very helpful in helping me re-focus on what I learned
in the initial course. I've also sent the zip lines to others who have
commented on how relevant and helpful they are for them as well. I look
    forward to the advanced course.

  1. I love our programs! Thanks for all you do!!

  1. I have found that previous perception of public speaking was totally skewed.
The things I learned from the ESI course along with the Zipline publication
has really helped me grow. I can’t wait for the next issue. Keep up the good
    work.

  1.  I have shared your Zipline’s with several coworkers and friends - and I
believe that many of them have signed-up over the years. I subscribe to
several different email groups - and yours is one of my favorites. Keep up
    the great work.

  1. The Publication style Zipline is nicer than an e-mail style. I save or print
    the Ziplines.
